Marketing Specialist

This is a new position which requires a creative individual who knows how to get products in front of a target demographic. The right candidate will have at least two years developing in-bound marketing campaigns and producing targetted marketing material.

The right person will share our cultural values and bring a background in marketing automation. As a cooperative, partially school-board driven company we will be rapidly prototyping new products; we need to ensure our existing community stays informed about new products and new features in existing products as well as provide a clean, relevant, and fun message to the rest of the market.

We'd like to be able to tell you more; but, in truth, if you're the right individual, you'll be able to step into this position and tell us what to do in order to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop a marketing plan
  • Surpassing quarterly inbound lead targets
  • Setting up automated marketing
  • Setting up a content marketing pipeline
  • Writing or producing content marketing material
  • Assisting with product webinars
  • Assisting with targetted account selling
  • Attending trade shows

Requirements

  • 2+ years with inbound marketing
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Extraordinary communication skills
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite
  • A genuine love of people
